1. How can I get access to the webshop?
Access is only granted to approved customers. Please contact our customer service sales@tmqs.de.
2. Can I register directly on the website?
Registration is not possible. For regulatory and compliance reasons, all customers must be validated. Accounts are created by our customer service team.
3. I forgot my password. What should I do?
You can reset your password online via the password recovery function.

Use the search field on the main page. You may search by using the OEM, drawing or TMQS part number.
6. Can I order parts without an account?
No. Ordering requires an validated account.
7. I am not sure which part or conversion is required for my machine. Can you help?
Our team of experts will be glad to assist you. Please provide us with the machine serial number and type as well as information what you are looking for, preferably a part number, photos or a sketch.
8. The part or format I am looking for is not available in the webshop.
TMQS got a comprehensive portfolio of spare parts, assembly and machines which is why not the entire scope of products can be shown in the webshop. The same is valid if you are looking for a specific modification of a product. Please do not hesitate to contact us, if the product you are looking for cannot be found.
